This policy explains what data AgentTrace collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Self-hosted deployments keep all trace data inside your own infrastructure.
Data we collect
For the hosted Cloud product, we collect account information (name, email, company) and the trace, prompt, and eval data you choose to send. PII in traces is redacted server-side by default. Self-hosted deployments send us no trace data.
How we use data
We use your data to operate the service, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not train models on your trace data.
Data retention
Trace and eval data is retained according to your plan’s retention window. You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.
Sub-processors & security
We use vetted infrastructure providers and encrypt data in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers can request our current sub-processor list and security documentation.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we’ll respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
