These terms govern your use of AgentTrace’s hosted services. The open-source project itself is licensed separately under Apache 2.0.
Open-source license
The AgentTrace core is released under the Apache License 2.0. You are free to use, modify, and self-host it under those terms. These Terms of Service apply only to the hosted Cloud and Enterprise offerings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but the hosted product is provided “as is” without warranties except where required by law. Enterprise SLAs are defined in your order form.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email before they take effect.
